  • What is included in online coaching?
    • Custom Meal Plan with Nutritional Lessons
    • 30 Day Workout Program
    • A 15 minute skype call 1x a week for check in’s and to answer any questions on form or exercises

    • Access to the Private Facebook Group for ongoing support.
  • What am I responsible for?
    • Booking me using my scheduling software for skype calls
    • Use of MyFitnessPal macro tracking program
    • A smart phone to track workout progress and access the app where your workouts are delivered
    • A food scale to accurately track food intake
    • An accurate bathroom scale to track weight progress
    • You must be honest with me throughout the program so I can help you reach your goals
    • Bi-Weekly girth measurements and pictures tracked in the app

  • What is the difference between coaching and personal training?
    • Price comparison: A personal 1-on-1 session with me costs $80 an hour while online coaching is only $99 a month. Imagine having a personal trainer that creates a personalized program to help you reach your goal, monitors your success and checks in with you for a fraction of the cost!
    • Time/Schedule availability: You never have to juggle creating your business, having girls night out and training all in the same day. Make it easy on yourself and train when you want, where you want.
    • Stronger Support System: Instead of just walking into a gym and working with a trainer for an hour and leaving the gym in your rearview mirror you have me as your coach checking in on you and a support system of women just like you to cheer you on and keep you going!
  • How do you track your client’s program and progress?
    • I use software that allows me to track this, you must check in for your workouts which is simple to do with the smartphone app I use to track and deliver your programs!
  • Do you provide meal planning and macro coaching?
    • Yes, this is necessary for your progress, if you are unsure of what macros are and how to track them we can go over them step by step in our first call. I am here every step of the way to help you get where you want to go and will take the time to answer your questions accordingly.
  • How do I communicate with you if I have trouble with form?
    • The best way to communicate with me is to book a call using my scheduling software and write down your questions before getting on the call. We can go over everything from form, nutrition to motivation!
  • I am a total newbie. Is this program for me?
    • Yes, it may take a few calls to get you set up but once you get your flow going the rest will fall into place! For those of you who have never worked out before, I have videos that explain how to do correct form in the membership area (coming soon!)
